2. Consultations and Quotations

  • All consultations and quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.

  • Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may change if material or labour costs increase before acceptance.

  • Acceptance of a quotation confirms your agreement to these terms and forms a binding contract between you and Bespoke Bathrooms.

3. Design and Installation Services

  • Work will be carried out as per the agreed specification and written quotation.

  • Any alterations or additional work requested after signing off the design may result in adjusted costs and time extensions.

  • Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to refuse unsafe work or to halt a project if on‑site health, safety, or payment obligations are not met.

  • We retain full ownership of all designs, drawings, and concept materials until payment in full has been received.

4. Materials, Products, and Ownership

  • Materials and goods supplied by Bespoke Bathrooms remain the property of Bespoke Bathrooms until full and final payment for the project has been made.

  • Until the balance is paid in full, we reserve the legal right to remove or recover any goods, fixtures, or materials we have supplied, whether installed or stored on site.

  • The client must not employ another contractor to complete or alter any unfinished works by Bespoke Bathrooms without our prior written consent.

  • Should another contractor be engaged before final payment, Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to withdraw all labour, materials, and warranties and to pursue full payment of the quoted contract total.

5. Payments and Invoicing

  • A deposit may be required to secure the project booking and to order materials.

  • Interim payments may be requested for longer‑duration projects.

  • Final payment is due immediately upon completion of works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment must be made by bank transfer or another agreed method.

  • If payment is not received by the due date:

    • Interest may be charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

    • Bespoke Bathrooms may pause ongoing work, remove outstanding goods, or recover materials and fixturessupplied.

    • Any warranties or guarantees become void until full payment is made.

6. Project Timelines

  • We aim to meet all agreed start and completion dates.

  • Delays due to unforeseen site conditions, supplier issues, or client‑requested changes may extend project timelines.

  • Clients will be kept informed of any changes as soon as reasonably possible.

7. Guarantees and Workmanship

  • All workmanship by Bespoke Bathrooms is guaranteed for 12 months from completion, covering labour‑related issues under normal use.

  • This does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, third‑party interference, or neglect.

  • Any manufacturer warranties for materials or fixtures are provided in addition to our workmanship guarantee.

8. Cancellations

  • Clients may cancel a project before materials are ordered without penalty.

  • Cancellations made after materials have been purchased or work has begun will incur the full cost of materials and any labour already undertaken.

  • In such cases, Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to recover these costs immediately.

9. Liability

  • While every care is taken, Bespoke Bathrooms cannot be held responsible for incidental damage to existing structures or finishes when such risk is inherent in the nature of the work.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by misuse of installed products or failure to follow maintenance guidance.

  • Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or deliberate misconduct.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All text, images, designs, and plans remain the intellectual property of Bespoke Bathrooms and may not be reproduced or shared without written consent.

11. Data Protection

We handle all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. For details on data handling, please read our [Privacy Policy].

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
