Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy

At Bespoke Bathrooms, we operate an appointment and project schedule system with limited availability. Every booking made secures a dedicated slot for design, preparation, and installation work, with labour, materials, and time allocated exclusively to each client.
Because of this, we maintain a strict no‑refund and no‑cancellation policy once bookings are confirmed.

1. Booking & Deposit Terms

  • A booking is deemed confirmed once a deposit has been paid, a quotation accepted, or written/email confirmationhas been given.

  • Deposits secure your diary slot and allow Bespoke Bathrooms to order materials, schedule labour, and plan your project.

  • All booking deposits and payments are non‑refundable under any circumstances.

  • Deposits are applied directly toward the total project cost.

  • Once a booking has been confirmed, your time slot is reserved exclusively for your project. Cancelling or changing it means that slot cannot be filled by another customer, resulting in business losses.

  • Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to retain all payments and deposits to cover schedule commitment, planning, and administrative costs if a cancellation occurs.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations after booking or deposit payment automatically forfeit all payments made to date.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of your scheduled start date will be charged at 100% of the remaining project value, as labour, materials, and time have already been committed.

  • If materials have been ordered, delivered, or custom‑produced for your project, the full material cost remains payable.

  • Once a project or consultation is confirmed, refunds will not be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • Should a client employ another contractor to complete or alter scheduled works, Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to reclaim materials and seek full payment for the agreed quotation total.

3. Rescheduling

  • We understand unforeseen circumstances can arise. Rescheduling may be possible once per project, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given.

  • New dates are subject to calendar availability.

  • Repeated rescheduling or short‑notice changes are treated as a cancellation and are non‑refundable.

4. Ownership & Non‑Payment Protection

  • All materials, fixtures, and products supplied by Bespoke Bathrooms remain our property until the balance for the project has been paid in full.

  • If payment is withheld, delayed, or refused, we reserve the legal right to pause work, remove unused items, or recover installed goods until the outstanding balance is cleared.

  • Any warranties, guarantees, or aftercare support are void until full payment has been received.

5. Refund Policy

  • Bespoke Bathrooms does not issue refunds once a booking is confirmed or a deposit has been paid.

  • Refunds are only considered if Bespoke Bathrooms must cancel the booking and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date.

  • All other payments, including deposits and progress instalments, are non‑refundable and non‑transferable.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Attempting to dispute or reverse valid payments through your bank or card provider (a “chargeback”) after work has been accepted or materials ordered constitutes a breach of these terms.

  • Bespoke Bathrooms reserves the right to take legal action to recover outstanding balances, chargeback reversals, legal fees, and associated costs.

7. Acknowledgement

By paying a deposit, signing a quotation, or confirming a booking (in writing, by phone, or by email), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Booking Policy in full.
This agreement forms part of the binding contract between you and Bespoke Bathrooms.
